Personnel policy - youth training
JSC "Armalit" is one of the five largest valve-building enterprises in Russia, which store and increase the experience of a whole galaxy of designers and engineers. Today the team of the machine-building plant is high-level professionals who are ready to transfer their knowledge and skills to young specialists.
Practice
Every year more than 30 students undergo practical training at the enterprise for engineering and working specialties. Future designers take their first steps in the profession, engineers, quality management specialists, quality control inspectors, operators machines.
HR Director of JSC "Armalit" Elena Vyacheslavovna Vedenskaya is a member of examination commission of graduates of "Petrovsky College" in the specialty "Technology of mechanical engineering" and is present at the defense of graduation projects. The best college graduates receive an invitation to work at Armalit JSC.
Partner educational institutions
Since 2016, in the workshops of the enterprise, specialists and managers have been conducting lectures for students of the Naval Academy named after Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union N.G. Kuznetsov ", introducing officers of the Russian Ministry of Defense Navy to the peculiarities of our equipment, from the correct operation of which depends on the trouble-free operation of ship systems.
Education
Plant "Armalit" provides an opportunity to take part in the target set for admission to the St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University in the direction of "Shipbuilding, Ocean Engineering and Systems Engineering objects of marine infrastructure".
The company takes care of the professional development of young specialists and after their graduation from the university due to the developed mentoring system.
Youth Council
Since 2010, the "Youth Council" has been operating at JSC "Armalit" - an association that helps it is more successful for young specialists to get used to the enterprise; define perspectives career growth; get to know the team; participate in the organization of leisure; to realize oneself in sports, science and art, in the pursuit of improving processes control.
Thanks to the efforts of the council members, the company hosts festive concerts and creative evenings, youth teams of "Armalit" regularly participate in team sports competitions among large companies in the city and industry. Members associations help novice specialists in the preparation of scientific articles, actively support colleagues participating in professional competitions.
